Our latest survey asked homeowners about how satisfied they were with our services. Overall, the response was quite positive, with nearly half of respondents saying that they would definitely recommend us to friends and family. Of course, we always aim to improve, so please feel free to let us know any areas where we could make improvements.
Another question asked homeowners whether they felt that they received value for money. Again, the majority said yes, but we did receive a few comments that suggested otherwise. However, this is often due to misunderstandings between the homeowner and the sitter. We hope that this misunderstanding doesn't happen too much, but if it does, then we've got a team of customer support agents ready to assist you.
In addition to the above questions, we also wanted to get a sense of how busy each member of staff was during the day. To achieve this, we asked homeowners to rate each member of staff based on their availability. Our customer support team members were rated highly, while the rest of the team were given lower ratings.
