Campervan Launceston
Launceston is an amazing city in Tasmania, Australia. It's located on the north-west coast of the island, close to the Tasman Sea. The area has been inhabited since around 10,000 BC, when Aboriginal tribes arrived from mainland Australia. In 1803, Lieutenant James Cook landed at Port Phillip Bay, now known as Melbourne, and named the bay after his ship HMS _Endeavour_. He then sailed south along the east coast of the continent until he reached the Derwent River estuary where he discovered the river mouth leading into Bass Strait. He named the strait after John Bass who had financed the voyage.
