Our camper vans come fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay including bedding, cooking equipment, toiletries, towels, washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, etc. All you need to bring along is your luggage and some cash for food and drinks.

We recommend bringing a tent or sleeping bag though, as many campsites require a deposit for them. The most popular places to camp are in the south west corner of Iceland where there's lots of waterfalls and rivers to explore. Camping near Reykjavik is also an option, especially around Thingvellir National Park. It's not really necessary to book accommodation before you arrive in Iceland, although we strongly advise against camping anywhere without a permit. Most campsites will ask for a small fee upon arrival, which should cover your first night.
