Check that you understand the rules regarding driving times and distances. Remember that most countries have strict speed limits, so you must stick to these limits at all times. Don't forget to bring plenty of water and snacks along with you, as well as maps and a sat nav system. And lastly, make sure you have enough fuel to complete your journey.
