When you book a holiday with us, we'll send you an email confirming your booking details, including your chosen pick-up and drop-off locations. The next step is to pay for your holiday, either via direct debit or credit card. As soon as payment has been received, we'll arrange delivery of your motorhome to your chosen pick-up location. Our aim is to get your motorhome delivered within 24 hours of receiving payment, although some holidays take longer than others depending on how busy we are at the time. Please note that while we try to deliver your motorhome within 24 hours of receiving payment, we cannot guarantee this.
Once your motorhome has arrived, we'll give you a call to let you know when it's ready for collection. We'll also contact you again once you've returned from your holiday to collect your motorhome. We'll check over your motorhome thoroughly to ensure it's safe to drive away, and then we'll return it to its storage location.
