Renting a bike in Mexico City is simple. All you need to do is go to one of our locations (we have three) and fill out a form with some basic information about yourself and your group. Once we receive your application we will send you a confirmation email containing further instructions and payment options. Then you simply wait until you receive a call from one of our representatives informing you that your reservation has been confirmed. At this point you should make sure you bring your passport along with you as well as the following documents: driver’s license, proof of insurance, valid ID and credit cards.
After you arrive at our office you will meet with one of our staff members who will take care of the rest. He will provide you with the keys to your rented bike and give you a map showing how to get back home safely. And once you are done riding he will return the bike to its original place. The whole process takes less than 15 minutes.
