As such, we have created a system where we verify each housesitter on arrival, so that you know exactly what you're going to get from them. The process takes around 5 minutes, and involves taking a photo of the house and verifying that the person sitting there is actually living there. Once you've done this, you'll receive a confirmation email, and once you've received this, you can book the housesitter directly through the site.
This means that you don't need to worry about having to call the homeowner yourself, and instead you can simply focus on doing whatever else you need to do while you're away. In fact, many people like to make sure that they leave instructions for the house sitter, and this makes things much easier for everyone involved.
